All fine art prints are carefully printed on demand by Printspace Studios Limited either at their printshop in London, or their printshop in Germany depending on where you order from. 

 

To get the print to you as quickly as possible, the print will be shipped by DHL Express directly from Printspace to you.

It takes 2-5 days to make each print, after which the below delivery times apply, please note that prints are often delivered before the maximum time.

Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Please note all fine art prints are printed to order (print on demand), which means we cannot offer returns!

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right!

Great pride is taken to make your new print, so in the unlikely event the print arrives to you damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. To arrange this please contact us at info@nikolaialmeida.com so that we can arrange this for you. We may ask for photos to verify the issue.

We can only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the prints so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

 

Please note, as the prints are made by Printspace Studios Limited, our role is coordinating with Printspace to verify a replacement or refund. As a result, this process is not immediate and relies on the usually very fast customer services agents at Printspace!

We will notify you once Printspace has received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at info@nikolaialmeida.com (because it really shouldn't take that long!)

FAQ'S

  • What sizes are available?
    Two sizes are available depending on the print selected: 30cm x 40cm portrait 40cm x 50cm portrait Both options have a framed version available.
  • Are the prints signed?
    The prints (including the white border) are high definition scans of the original work, which means each piece contains the original signature for that piece. The signature is therefore not hand signed per print.
  • Do you take commissions?
    Yes. If you have a particular idea for either a canvas print or a fine art paper print get in touch and we can chat through options.
  • What quality are the prints?
    Yes, all items are Giclée prints, which is an archival quality fine art inkjet type of printing. All items are also printed on Hahnemuhle photo rag, which is a luxurious feeling archival quality fine art paper.
  • Is each piece unique?
    The prints are not currently individually hand-signed or limited in edition.
  • Can I buy an original work?
    Yes, all available original canvas and fine art paper artworks can be purchased through Saatchi Art
  • What quality are the frames?
    If you select a framed print, your print will be mounted in a premium white painted FSC certified timber frame. The frame comes with a high quality glass with a ~45% UV filter, and nail hanging fixtures to the back. All prints contain a printed border so a card mount border is not required.
  • Do you offer refunds?
    Unfortunately, as each piece is printed on demand, we cannot offer refunds unless the piece arrives damaged or is significantly delayed in getting to you. You can find out more about this here.
  • What happens if my print arrives damaged?

    Unfortunately, as each piece is printed on demand, we cannot offer exchanges or offer refunds for a return unless the piece arrives damaged or is significantly delayed in getting to you. You can find out more about this here.
  • How quickly can you ship prints?
    All prints are shipped by DHL Express Courier directly from Printspace studios, you can find the delivery ranges for your location here.
  • How quickly can you dispatch a print?
    It takes 2-5 working days for your new artwork to be printed and dispatched, after that the delivery time depends on where you live, you can find out more here.
  • Do you make the prints?
    The prints are produced by the fabulous Printspace Studios Limited, based in London and Germany.
  • Are the prints already in stock?
    All prints are printed on demand, meaning that when you make an order, Printspace will then print and package your artwork to send to you.
  • Do you ship during the holidays?
    During the holiday season and on bank holidays, please bear in mind Printspace's studios may be closed, so for your dispatch time please take this into consideration!
  • How do you send the prints?
    All prints are sent directly from the Printspace studios by DHL Express Courier, so they'll arrive pretty fast once dispatched, you can see the delivery range you can expect here.
  • Who ships the prints?
    The prints are shipped by Printspace Studios Limited from either London or Germany.
  • How are the prints packaged?
    All prints are carefully packed in either a roll tube if unframed, or carboard if framed. If the print arrives damaged in any way, please get in contact and we can organise for Printspace to send a new one out to you.
